I’m a counselor and consultant who believes in a whole life approach to mental wellness. When we work together, I’ll be here to guide you during talk therapy sessions, and help you integrate movement, mindfulness and functional nutrition into your mental health treatment.  

Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you’re able to talk openly. You’ll also gain knowledge and familiarity with the movement, resourcing and mindfulness practices that work for you, so you can take them with you as you step out of session and into your everyday live.

As I guide you through talk therapy sessions, we’ll identify lifestyle changes that work for you and your day-to-day, so you can grow and feel more empowered in your mental health treatment, and find a fuller, better quality of life.

I’m here to help you learn more about resourcing and mindfulness practices, and start practicing those together. If yoga works for you, we can even integrate a short practice into our talk sessions.
